A well-prepared dispute is half resolved. Sometimes it never needs to reach the court at all.

I see the law from both sides of the table.
For seventeen years I served as a judge. Since 2018 I have practised as an attorney-at-law in Ostrava.
Career↓I studied law at Charles University in Prague and economics at VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava. After my judicial traineeship at the Regional Court in Ostrava, I was appointed judge of the District Court in Ostrava.
For seventeen years I saw every day how a court reads a case file: which arguments hold up, what it expects from the parties and where disputes are needlessly drawn out. This perspective cannot be learned from books — it only comes with years on the bench.
In 2018 I moved to the other side of the table and founded my own law office. I carry a judge’s perspective with me: calm, objectivity and respect for the way a court reasons.
„Every matter has two sides. I have learned to see both.“

Ostrava · Law and real estate
Legal practice, alongside a long-standing interest in real estate.
A well-prepared dispute is half resolved. Sometimes it never needs to reach the court at all.
Buying or selling property is often the largest transaction of a lifetime. It deserves calm and certainty.
Sensitive matters call for discretion, patience and solutions one can live with.
Besides the law, I also devote myself to real estate. I look at it the same way I look at the law: with patience, an eye for detail and respect for what is meant to last.
Knowledge of law and practice that cannot be replaced.
What is agreed stands. A word as good as a contract.
Decisions that will still hold in twenty years.
